These terms govern your use of Regaly, an app developed by Angelica Taccadughetti ("we", "us"). By using Regaly, you agree to these terms.
Regaly helps you keep track of the people in your life, remember important occasions, and generates AI-assisted gift ideas. A free tier is available with limited functionality (a capped number of people you can track, a limited number of gift ideas per person, and birthdays only for occasion tracking). Regaly Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, removes these limits and adds a monthly allowance of AI gift-suggestion credits.
Additional AI gift-suggestion credits ("CRD") can also be purchased separately as one-time consumable purchases. These are billed once through your Apple ID at the price shown at time of purchase and are not refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
Gift suggestions are generated using AI and are meant as inspiration. We don't guarantee they'll always be accurate, available for purchase, or appropriate for every person or situation, use your own judgment before acting on any suggestion.
Don't use Regaly to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including its backend or AI features), or to violate any applicable law.
Regaly uses an anonymous identifier tied to your device's iCloud account rather than a traditional username/password account. Your content is stored in your own private iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your account and its Regaly-linked subscription identity at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Regaly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
You may stop using Regaly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
These terms are between you and Angelica Taccadughetti only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the app; Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above.
